At 101 Jewellery, we are committed to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Repairs for manufacturing defects are complimentary within 18 months of purchase. Repairs requested after 18 months, or those caused by misuse, will incur a repair fee, assessed individually based on the condition of the piece.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to repairs, both to and from our studio. Please note that we do not accept returns on worn or used jewelry.
